We are seeking a reliable and motivated Equipment Shop & Yard Attendant to support our service department and assist customers. This role is essential in keeping our yard, shop, and equipment organized, clean, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, if applicable)
• Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment with the proper training
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Assist parts, sales and service with different tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized yard and shop area
• Wash, fuel, and prepare equipment for customers and rentals for pickup
• Load and unload equipment for customers and deliveries
• Help manage inventory and organize tools and materials
• Provide friendly and professional customer assistance
