We are actively seeking a Yard Person CDL A to join our 2nd Shift at our
Springboro, Ohio Plant.

Yard Persons CDL A are responsible to assist in performing duties to insure the
proper and safe handling of products from the production areas to yard storage.
Also, to insure a smooth and safe flow of products from the storage areas onto
trailer for shipments to jobsites. You will be assisting in items such as
stripping products, yarding products and loading products on trailers and
storing products out in the yard. CDL is required as you will be operating
trucks to store products (about 10% of your day is driving in the yard)

Ideal candidates will be able to work Monday - Friday starting at 10:00
am/11:00AM - Finish.

Overtime/time and a half starts after 8 hours worked each day.

Requirements

• CDL A Required
• Ability to work outdoors
• Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

• One year experience in the pre-cast/pre-stressed concrete industry, preferred
• Certified equipment operator a plus; travel lift and/or tow motor a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Responsibilities

• Assist in hooking up products for loading and unloading
• Stripping yard products from forms
• Storing products out in the yard
• Operate company equipment to move material, load & unload trucks, & other duties as assigned
• Use of hand signals to escort equipment operators for setting, lifting or maneuvering production pieces during loading/unloading process
• Operate electronic hand held scanners for verification of production pieces during storage process
• Will gather, at start of shift, shims, steel blocks, homosote, rack pins, and wood blocking used for the days production
