Responsibilities

Assist with the launching, hauling, and moving of boats using specialized equipment like forklifts and travel lifts.
Prepare boats for storage, which can include winterization and applying bottom paint. Clean, wash, and detail boats as needed, including pressure washing.
Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the boatyard, docks, and other facilities. Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or spills to management.
Provide general support to marine technicians with repairs and service projects.
Assist boat owners and visitors with docking, departing, and other marina needs.
