About The Position

The Yard Maintenance worker is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe, functional and visually appealing. They play a key role in creating a welcoming and orderly environment, directly impacting the usability and aesthetics of a property.

Requirements

Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license required for multi-site properties.
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail to maintain clean, well-groomed, and aesthetically pleasing grounds.

Responsibilities

Maintain lawns and landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, edging and weeding.
Operate and maintain grounds equipment such as mowers, trimmers and blowers.
Remove debris, trash and dead plants to keep outdoor areas clean and safe.
Maintain outdoor structures and fixtures, such as fences and walkways.
Collaborate with others for specific projects as necessary.
Other Duties as assigned
