About The Position

Perform pre‑shift inspections and basic equipment upkeep. Load customer trucks efficiently and accurately. Monitor material quality and communicate any concerns promptly. Support overall yard organization and safe traffic flow.

Requirements

• Capability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment.
• Commitment to following safety standards and maintaining situational awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and customers.
• Dependable work habits and readiness to support daily operational needs.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
