Operate loader equipment safely to move, load, and organize materials Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic servicing Support yard operations by managing stockpiles and material flow Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
• Capability to identify equipment issues and report them promptly
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team
• Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes
