Organize and maintain yard materials, including concrete ties, equipment, and tools Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and other vehicles Operate forklifts and other machinery to move materials within the yard Perform routine yard maintenance such as cleaning, stacking, and organizing items Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols Assist with other general labor tasks as needed Can work varied shifts with changing seasons, ALL weather conditions Can work in a team in environment Secure loads on top of railcars using load binders and chains

Requirements

• Can work varied shifts with changing seasons, ALL weather conditions
• Can work in a team in environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or manufacturing setting is preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
