About The Position
National Shunt Service LLC is looking to expand our team of yard jockeys! We offer a set schedule with overtime available, medical/dental/vision benefits (to start day one if you need!), paid time off, 401k matching, and company paid life insurance & short term disability insurance.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move trailers in and out of dock doors, within and between facility buildings
- Routine communication with warehouse regarding the placement of trailers both in door and in the drop lot
- Daily inspection of yard truck, monitoring truck condition and communicate with supervisors when repair(s) is/are required
- Utilize software to receive and complete moves on an as-needed basis
- Continuously follow safe operating procedures
- Inspect trailers
- Other duties as assigned
