About The Position

Sunday - Wednesday 2 p.m. - 2 a.m. General Summary: Move trailers from the truck yard to the distribution centers for loading or unloading. Occasionally run a regional trip and deliver to grocery warehouse. Assist with truck movement to and from Penske or additional repair shops. Requirements

• Class A CDL and maintain a clean MVR required.
• Minimum six months OTR experience required.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
• Ability to lift and move 50LBS continually throughout shift.
• Work schedules are subject to change and are based on company need.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Moves trailers from shop to distribution center or between plants as needed.
• Maintains daily log of activities.
• Assists with Regional deliveries when needed.
• Follows Company and FMCSA safety guidelines.
• Maintains a daily DOT log as required.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area with good communication skills.
• Trailer washouts and inspections performed daily or as needed.
