About The Position

This is a full-time permanent position for a Yard Forklift Operator 2 on the 2nd shift, reporting to the Yard Supervisor. The position is hourly and offers benefits after 60 days, including 40 hours of vacation after 90 days. The working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM from January to May, with some Saturdays, and from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM from June to December, requiring 6 days of work per week. Requirements

• Broad knowledge and experience in forklift/loader operations
• Above average skills in attendance
• Excellent skills in safety
• General knowledge of yard operations
• 1-6 months of experience
• Specialized training in forklift operations and safety; forklift license
• Ability to push raw product piles with loader

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
• Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
• Unload incoming loads of raw products onto designated storage space
• Load raw products into the outdoor hoppers
• Work with scale house to ensure proper products are stored and loaded
• Follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by the supervisor
