About The Position
The Yard Lead position at Binford Supply involves assisting Material Handlers to ensure branch success, providing excellent customer service, and upholding a positive company image. The role is responsible for all activities in the yard and warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks safely, properly, and timely, as well as filling orders accurately. The Yard Lead will assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and keeping the yard neat, clean, and orderly. Daily tasks and goals will be planned out and communicated to the team, and strict adherence to safety policies, rules, and safe work methods is required. The position involves working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and performing other duties as required by business needs or as assigned. The Yard Lead will work collaboratively with the team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service.
