About The Position

Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsin’s premier and long-established agriculture and construction equipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Yard/Facilities Maintenance. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, and working with equipment, this is a great opportunity to join our team! This role keeps you moving with no two days the same— organizing inventory, loading/unloading semis, handling equipment, and helping maintain a safe, professional yard environment. What You’ll Do In a Yard Maintenance role you'll you’ll play an important part in keeping our dealership running efficiently and customer ready year round! Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems. Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, including readiness to work early hours for snow removal or seasonal demands.
• Ability to take direction from multiple managers and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, tractors, and other equipment (training provided if needed).
• Capacity to work extended hours during the week and on weekends, as required.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and have a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices, including equipment operation, material handling, and working in outdoor environments.
• Ability to follow company safety guidelines and report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating large equipment is a plus.
• Prior experience with agriculture or heavy equipment is highly desired.
• Ag background is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries
• Load and unload equipment safely using forklift and other equipment as needed
• Maintaining facility appearance by performing landscaping duties such as snow removal, mowing and lawn care
• Position and neatly organize equipment for display
• General housekeeping
• Assist in photographing equipment for SEI web site
