Yard Duty Supervisor
About The Position
Under direct supervision of the school principal or designee, supervise pupils during the eating period and free-day period at noon recess. FCUSD is seeking to build a team that is representative of our student body and community. Diverse individuals are encouraged to apply. Distinguishing Characteristics Positions and employees in this class are exempt from the regular classified service. Individuals are employed as needed on a parttime hourly basis, for short working hours on school days only. These employees do not attain permanency; receive step increases or other fringe benefits. They are paid on the variable payroll.
Requirements
- Experience: Supervision of children through youth or service organizations such as scouts, church school classes, recreational groups, etc., is desirable.
- Education: Equivalent to high school education.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Vision to observe students; ability to stand for extended periods of time, running, walking, stooping, and bending; and hearing and speaking to exchange information.
- DOJ and FBI Criminal Background Check
- TB Test (within 60 days of hire) (Education Code 49406, Assembly Bill 1667)
- Complete district Mandated Reporter training, Sexual Harassment, etc.
