About The Position

Road & Rail Services is hiring a full-time Yard Driver in Houston, TX for our night shift team. As a Yard Driver, you will play a critical role in preparing vehicles for shipment by moving them safely and efficiently across the yard. You'll be part of a close-knit crew that supports one another and takes pride in getting the job done right. You'll stay active, work outdoors, and end each shift knowing your effort mattered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Previous outdoor or physical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely and efficiently across the yard.
• Double-check inventory tags and ensure vehicles are parked in the correct locations.
• Coordinate with team members on radios to keep operations flowing smoothly.
