About The Position

This individual will be responsible for loading product to assigned carriers. Yard Jockey responsibilities include but not limited to: moving trailers into and out of loading docks, checking all trailers and monitoring units to insure they are cooling properly, wash trailers as needed and assure trailer lot is kept neat and orderly.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred and valid Driver’s License
• Experience driving a tractor-trailer preferred
• Must be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Excellent attendance, safety and work record
• Able to work in cold & damp area
• Able to lift 70 pounds easily
• Must have or be able to obtain low jack lift license
• Able to read and write legible
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must work well with management
• must be a team player and have a positive attitude
• List all employment for the past five (5) years , including Full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, and seasonal roles, even if included on your resume.
• Completed start and end dates (month/day/year) are require
