About The Position

NFI is seeking dedicated drivers for our Minooka, IL location. This position offers home daily schedules with both AM and PM shifts available. Drivers will operate Spotter Trucks, Dry Vans, and Refrigerated equipment. No CDL is required for this role, making it accessible for a wider range of applicants. The average pay range for this position is between $20.00 and $22.50 per hour, with various benefits and bonuses available to all NFI drivers.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Acceptable references from past employers.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties safely and responsibly.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or customer rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Physically capable to perform all job duties, which includes moving frequently, standing, walking, and sitting.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
• Report all problems with equipment, as well as accidents, traffic violations, and damage before, during, and after routes.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
• Perform routes, pickups, and deliveries based on customer requirements.
