Perfect for families to enjoy the holidays off! Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare delivery vehicles for daily departures in a safe, organized, and timely manner. This role also supports loading activities as needed to ensure efficient delivery operations.

Requirements

• Licensing: Valid and clean driver’s license, maintained in good standing.
• Experience/Skills: Prior experience safely operating a box truck required
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Language: Ability to read and write in English.
• Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, push, pull, sit and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and leads.
• Strength: Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion and safely maneuver equipment such as oven racks and hot food boxes (up to 250 lbs) using proper equipment, including lift gates.
• Vision: Requires close and distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• California Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Position delivery vehicles appropriately for daily dispatch.
• Connect vehicles to charging stations as required.
• Safely operate and maneuver box trucks ranging from 20’ to 26’, including backing into designated areas. As well as working a electric lift gate up and down.
• Perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including those related to ovens and temperature-controlled areas.
• Read and write in English to complete required documentation and follow instructions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
