About The Position

What We Do – Accountabilities Assures that trailers are positioned correctly at designated doors or locations in a timely manner without damage to trailer or company property.Assures that applicable standards are maintained in cross operational duties as assigned. Assures that all company policies (safety, attendance, etc.) are adhered to. Essential Functions Trailers pulled and placed in a timely manner. No damage encountered to truck, trailer, or property. Trailer lot cleared of debris and trash. Seals cut and properly processed/disposed. No safety violations committed. Reporting of incidents involving anyone entering/leaving Caleres property. Providing information regarding maintenance of equipment and condition. Vigil for any security issue that may arise, while performing normal duties. Modeling Caleres Values and Winning Behaviors.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year operational experience in distribution environment
Ability to interact respectfully and model winning behaviors
Some experience with computers related to Excel, e-mail or other business applications
