Yard Coordinator
About The Position
As a Yard Coordinator, you will be working outside where your attention to detail will be deployed to safely operate a 50T mobile gantry crane as well as a 32,000lb forklift. You will be responsible for: The stocking of transformers in the storage yard in an efficient and orderly manner Loading and unloading flatbed trailers Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to properly record shipment information Perform yard maintenance (Cleanup of oil spills, dragging the yard, picking up trash, ect.) Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections of the forklifts and mobile gantry crane This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a career in a positive environment, with an employer who values and recognizes your strong character, stable lifestyle, and dedicated work ethic. This position works 40-45 hours per week on a 4-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). The schedule is 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some additional paid overtime is available and occasionally mandatory during peak seasons.
