At Foley Equipment we pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient yard operation. We're seeking a Yard Coordination Supervisor who can help us uphold these standards while leading a team of Yard Coordinators.

Requirements

• Exceptional employee management skills and motivation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of equipment and its operation.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Basic repair and diagnostic experience with equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience.
• Prior experience in the construction, agricultural, automotive, or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and promote a safe work environment as you direct the daily activities and schedules of Yard Coordinators.
• Conduct inventory audits and assessments for all sales and rental assets.
• Ensure the yard is clean, organized, well-maintained, and safe.
• Support the development of Yard Coordinators in their career path.
• Supervise and assist in the Return-to-Rent inspection process.
• Assist direct reports, team members, and customers as needed.
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
