Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of plant care is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor materials and yard inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard
• Assist with loading and unloading materials into company vehicles
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
