Requirements

• A strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn—this is a hands-on, physical role with most of the work being outside in the yard
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and comfort learning to operate equipment
• Reliability and commitment—you show up ready to work and be part of the team
• You'll need to pass a background check and a drug screen and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, load and unload equipment, and support drivers to keep jobs moving
• Inspect, tag, clean, and organize equipment so it’s ready and safe for the next job
• Keep the yard, shop, and dock clean, safe, and running efficiently
• Run local errands for parts, help manage inventory flow, and support day-to-day operations
