About The Position

Leaf Landscape, a partner of Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a full-time Yard Care Associate that will focus on duties such as stocking the yard area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving of products, loading/unloading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season. (With rotating Saturdays.) Must be able to work in inclement weather at all times.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and Internet use
• Loader Operator experience is helpful, not required
• Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays schedule.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test/background screening.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.
• Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
• Keeping yard area neat and organized.
• Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments.
• Focusing on safe work practices, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
• Stock and organize products safely and accurately.
• Load and unload the delivery trucks.
• Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather at all times.
