Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Must have the ability to prioritize work and complete it with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and possess a high level of accuracy
• Proven ability to detect concerns using analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide positive reinforcement and possess a positive attitude
• Must possess ability to provide follow up to drivers and dispatch team
• Comfortable working in a high-stress environment and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with dispatch team and auto haulers
• Possess effective verbal and listening skills
• Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with time constraints, interruptions and stressed dispatchers and drivers
• Work may require more than 40 hours per week
