About The Position
Yard & Operations Associates support material movement, receiving, deliveries, and yard organization. This is a physically demanding role critical to store safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs , stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors
- Ability to safely operate equipment or willingness to be trained
- Valid Driver's License with proper certifications
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming freight and deliveries
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (certification/training provided)
- Load materials for customers and delivery trucks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse area
- Assist with inventory management and material staging
- Support inside store operations when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment guidelines
