Requirements

  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management principles and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate at different levels within the organization.
  • AS/400 procedures and reports.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Delegation of assigned tasks.
  • Understand industry shipping standards including UPS, LTL, and dedicated trucking.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Able to start and finish detailed projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous inventory, shipping, and receiving experience in high paced manufacturing.
  • Previous warehouse experience and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory of consumable items with replenishment schedules.
  • Back-up Office Administrator or fill in at front desk when needed.
  • Print/Confirm Pick lists for Customer Pick-ups.
  • Monitor shipping output for quality and accuracy.
  • Manage the movement of inbound material.
  • Manage the RMA process from the point of receiving a return.
  • Perform Oracle functions as inventory transfers/putaway/scrap not ground.
  • Work with ISC on inbound T03/IP's/CC's.
  • Assist Yard with daily Cycle Counts.
  • Perform LTL/UPS/FedEx inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES.
