THE ROLE The Yankee Stadium Internship Program provides students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-profile sports and entertainment environment. Interns will gain exposure to daily stadium operations, support departmental initiatives and contribute to delivering an exceptional fan experience.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college/university
  • Interest in sports, hospitality, business, human resources, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (game days/events)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations within assigned department
  • Support game day and event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, reporting, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives
  • Deliver excellent customer service to guests, vendors, and staff
  • Maintain a professional and positive presence in a dynamic environment
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and team briefings
