About The Position

FitLab is hiring a Y7 Yoga Instructor for our Silver Lake and West Hollywood studio locations in California. FitLab is a performance lifestyle company that inspires movement and builds community through the most beloved products, studios, events, and athletes on the planet. In partnership with Y7, we’re looking for a Part-Time Yoga Instructor to join our team in Los Angeles, California. Y7 Studio is where movement meets music, and we’re redefining what it means to flow. If you're passionate about helping people build strength and mobility in an environment that’s both empowering and inclusive, we’d love to meet you. Y7 combines vinyasa yoga, music, heat, and darkness to deepen the connection between mind and body. All classes are held in heated (85–95°), infrared-lit rooms to support detoxification, boost circulation, and increase flexibility. With candlelit spaces and no mirrors, students are encouraged to turn inward and explore their individual practice. Instructors craft beat-driven playlists that guide both breath and flow—creating a truly immersive and empowering experience. We started Y7 with a mission of breaking down barriers to make yoga inclusive and accessible. Requirements

• 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Availability to teach morning, evening, and weekend shifts
• Willingness to teach at multiple locations
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts per week
• Comfortable teaching in heated rooms (85–95°) for extended periods
• Passionate about music and integrating it into the yoga experience
• Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing development
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Teach yoga classes at multiple locations (Silver Lake & West Hollywood)
• Create beat-driven playlists that guide breath and flow
• Foster an inclusive and empowering environment for students
• Perform other duties as assigned
