As a Customer Service Representative at XPO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include billing shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements, recognizing and resolving documentation errors, and assisting customers with inquiries related to tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, and billing and invoicing questions. You will also perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry, and billing. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing over, short, and damaged freight along with the related documentation to facilitate customer resolution. This position requires you to be adaptable and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be expected to walk and/or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery. Your ability to communicate effectively in all situations will be essential as you interact with customers and colleagues to drive positive results.
