About The Position

The position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing a store team to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction scores. The role involves overseeing operational and financial controls, hiring and coaching personnel, and developing processes to enhance departmental efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
• 5-7 years of relative work experience.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in retail sales and retail store operations.
• Sales team leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in managing exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Familiarity with Comcast product offerings and branding messages.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the customer environment and team to achieve financial targets and customer satisfaction scores.
• Deliver operational and financial controls in a cost-effective manner.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate personnel based on performance standards.
• Develop personal performance plans with employees and provide continuous feedback and quarterly reviews.
• Partner with business partners at regional and divisional levels to support positive sales results.
• Deploy defined sales programs and identify process improvements across the footprint.
• Support the identification and use of key efficiency metrics for the sales team.
• Lead team metrics and develop/distribute reports as needed.
• Ensure team members are clear on objectives and departmental sales goals.
• Train teams in accordance with learning plans including classroom and eLearning modules.
• Validate reporting of sales and installation numbers on an ongoing basis.
• Work with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments are validated and reported.
