About The Position

The position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing a retail store team. The role focuses on achieving financial targets and customer satisfaction scores through effective operational and financial controls. The manager will hire, coach, and evaluate team members, develop performance plans, and implement processes to enhance departmental efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of relative work experience in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.

  • Experience in mobile telephone sales or related technology products.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class customer and employee experience, achieving sales goals and running an operationally sound business.
  • Select and inspire the best talent, focusing on development, feedback, coaching, sales, and service excellence.
  • Communicate business initiatives, performance standards, and process/policy knowledge to ensure high performance and compliance.
  • Leverage the net promoter system (NPS) to monitor customer feedback and improve the in-store experience.
  • Manage merchandising, brand resets, and training compliance in-store.
  • Coach and develop team members on product positioning with customers.
  • Oversee in-store operations including inventory, cash management, and scheduling.
  • Review and analyze operational and financial reports to enhance performance metrics.
  • Build collaborative relationships with market, region, and division stakeholders.
  • Administer cash handling policies and procedures effectively.
