Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Greet customers and connect them with sales consultants for sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate company technology to new customers and assist with understanding Xfinity services.
• Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and order fulfillment.
• Provide in-store support for Xfinity Mobile, including device data transfers and account setup assistance.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising responsibilities, including receiving and stocking inventory.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and suggest improvements to enhance store processes.
• Adapt to store management priorities while demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes and maintain punctual attendance.
