About The Position

As a Retail Service Associate at Xfinity, you will be responsible for supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. Your role will involve providing great support to customers and the store team while constantly striving for improvement. You will maintain accurate inventory, ensure clean stores, and create an exciting environment for customers who come back to learn more. The position involves working on straightforward tasks using established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.
• Support the store team in the front and back of the store.
• Scan the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning.
• Greet customers and connect them to a sales consultant for sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate company technology to new customers.
• Perform non-sales customer service transactions including equipment returns and swaps.
• Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support.
• Assist customers with device data transfers and phone number ports.
• Support onboarding of Xfinity Mobile customers post-sale.
• Assist Store Leadership in Inventory and Merchandising responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly cycle count process and look for opportunities to improve store count process.
• Adjust and adapt to store management priorities and direction.
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.
• Work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

• Base Pay: $17.00.
