About The Position

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Comcast, you will work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their potential product needs and making appropriate recommendations. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements, and assisting with account upgrades and service requests. You will maintain detailed knowledge of sales products and contribute to a fun and competitive environment. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers in a retail location to evaluate their product needs.

• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, and process requests.
