About The Position

Xfinity is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Reston, VA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $19.00 plus targeted commission. The role involves assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services, utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to provide a world-class sales and service experience. The consultant will work under moderate supervision and is accountable for individual results and team impact.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
• Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions.
• Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks.
• Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
• Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm demeanor.
• Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
• Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
• Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• May be asked to work in alternate stores outside of home base store.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.
