About The Position

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Xfinity, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. You will work with moderate supervision and guidance, being accountable for your individual results and impact on the team. This position requires a customer-first approach, where you will listen to and evaluate customer needs, providing appropriate solutions to achieve sales and customer experience goals.

Responsibilities

• Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
• Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions.
• Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks.
• Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
• Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm demeanor.
• Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
• Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
• Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules.
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

Benefits

• Base Pay: $17.00.
• Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.69.
