About The Position

The Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant in Houma is responsible for assisting customers with their product and service needs, providing a world-class sales and service experience. This role combines sales expertise with customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. The consultant will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and provide onboarding support while working in a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong customer-focused skills

Responsibilities

• Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
• Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
• Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities to ensure customers understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
• Perform operational and administrative tasks as needed.
• Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
• Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm demeanor.
• Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
• Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
• Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.
