Responsibilities

  • Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales knowledge with customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive customer onboarding activities to ensure customers understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks as required.
  • Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules as needed.
