About The Position

Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Associates and we want you to join our team today! We offer aggressive hourly pay plus a rich commission. Our reps can make $18-35 per hour. Under the XFINITY brand, Comcast is one of the nation's largest High-speed Internet, MOBILE, Home Security, Video and Voice providers to residential and business customers. As a preferred branded partner, Blufox has seen extensive growth and is poised to expand its retail footprint to over 150 locations across the US.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent
• 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
• Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling Mobile and Cable products is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Promoting the sale of all Xfinity services and products – Internet, Mobile, Video, Home Security and Voice.
• Developing a foundational knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Utilizing sales skills to maximize sales through effective upselling while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using effective knowledge to existing and prospective customers.
• Executing sales closing techniques consistently and in a timely manner to maximize Gross Profit.
• Creating value around all products and services and tailoring a package to fit customer needs.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently to maximize commissions.
• Maintaining a courteous and friendly attitude when interacting with customers.
• Building a positive work relationship with customers to enhance the company's image.
• Striving to achieve maximum Net Promoter Scores (NPS) with each customer interaction.
• Working well with the team and being open to feedback.
• Staying up to date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies.
• Achieving overall performance goals of the organization.
• Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
