About The Position

The Xfinity Field Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Comcast products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Comcast products and services to individual customers by canvassing assigned territory.
  • Communicate effectively and develop rapport with customers to evaluate their product needs and make recommendations.
  • Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and competitive advantages.
  • Create and execute turf management plans independently, utilizing experience-based sales techniques.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals established by the local market through organized daily sales activities.
  • Generate business through approved lead generation methods and implement effective sales closing techniques.
  • Demonstrate a consistent record of success in a residential canvassing sales environment, focusing on business-to-consumer sales.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home offerings.
  • Exhibit strong technical capabilities, including computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems and databases.
  • Meet physical requirements of the job, including walking and traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary credentials and licenses for selling alarm systems as required by law.
