ImageCare is seeking a Full-Time X-Ray Technologist for our Millburn office. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, including 1 Saturday per month. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION To perform quality X-Ray films for referring physicians for diagnosing patient's condition. Assist other x-ray technicians on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- High school diploma, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; plus 6+ months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ARRT Certification (Required)
- It is ImageCare's Company Policy that all personnel must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.
Nice To Haves
- Medical imaging: 1 year (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Perform and process routine x-rays.
- Stock rooms with supplies.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
- Cross-train into CT.
- Provide CT coverage until volume increases.
