About The Position

A outpatient orthopedic imaging practice is seeking a full-time X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role focuses on providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to orthopedic patients in a fast-paced, multi-site clinical environment.

Requirements

• Experience performing general X-ray procedures.
• Orthopedic imaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-site/floating environment.
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.
• Active State Radiologic/X-Ray Technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification recommended.

• Orthopedic imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general diagnostic X-ray procedures with an emphasis on orthopedic imaging.
• Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate standard radiology equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide excellent patient care and clear communication throughout imaging procedures.
• Assist with image acquisition while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Float to additional clinic locations as needed to support operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with departmental protocols and radiation safety standards.
