Jefferson Radiology is seeking a patient-focused X-Ray Technologist to join our growing team! SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented X-Ray Tech to provide excellent patient care by producing and evaluating general diagnostic images as ordered by the referring physician. Performs diagnostic general x-ray exams, fluoroscopy, and bone densitometry exams as described in the procedure/protocol manual, consistently maintaining a high level of quality and productivity. May perform minimally invasive procedures. Operates all relevant equipment and computer systems, including Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archival & Communication System (PACS), with proficiency.

Requirements

  • Connecticut State Radiologic License, required
  • ARRT Certification, required
  • CPR (BLS) Certification, required
  • Must possess excellent communication and patient care skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with RIS/PACS, preferred.
