About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a hospital-based radiology department. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and care excellence.
Requirements
- Active New York State X-Ray Technologist License
- Minimum 2 years of radiology/imaging experience
- Must reside within 50 miles of the facility
Nice To Haves
- ARRT certification preferred
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Prepare and educate patients on imaging procedures
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and optimal image quality
- Maintain precise documentation and patient records
- Adhere to radiation safety and infection control standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
