About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Glens Falls, NY. Contract Details Afternoons, 8-Hour, 3-11pm Start Date: 5/28/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Glens Falls, NY Hourly Pay: $ 29.50 Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00 Weekly Total Pay: $2,131.00 Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend Vaccine Policy: COVID vaccinations strongly encouraged 8hrs non-billable orientation EPIC: EMR Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen and make sure your agency can run this ENITRE panel (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) BEFORE you upload your traveler to this need (Negative 14 panel (10 panel expanded) MUST include and list out all of the following : Amphetamines (including methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Barbituates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine Metabolite, Opiates (including codeine, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone), Phencyclidine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Propoxyphene, Buprenorphine and 6-Acetylmorphine (MUST be listed on all results). Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Key Responsibilities: Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patient’s body needs imaging Talk the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxiety. Correctly position the patient, adjust the imaging equipment to the specified position Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to themselves and to the patient Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding Keep good patient records Maintain radiology supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating future needs and placing orders Maintain a safe and clean working environment Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years CURRENT X-ray experience is required
  • NYS license & ARRT (R) is required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

  • Operating room experience is strongly preferred
  • Previous/Current travel experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
