About The Position

We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to support a high-volume Emergency and Surgical Imaging environment within an acute care setting. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently during mid-shift hours, and experience handling a diverse patient population in fast-paced clinical areas.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recent X-Ray Technologist experience
• ARRT (R) certification – must be in hand
• BLS (AHA) certification – required
• State X-Ray license (must be active or obtained prior to start date)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Siemens imaging equipment
• Prior experience in emergency or surgical imaging environments

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for emergency, inpatient, and surgical patients
• Support imaging needs in Emergency Department and perioperative areas
• Ensure proper patient positioning, radiation safety, and image quality
• Operate radiographic equipment in compliance with departmental and regulatory standards
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record
• Maintain imaging equipment and report malfunctions promptly
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and surgical teams to ensure timely patient care
