In this role, you will utilize effective communication to ensure customer identification, education, safety, and satisfaction. You will be responsible for the organized, timely, and accurate completion of procedures relative to department standards, as well as accurate, complete, and legible documentation of all patient information. Communication and documentation of all variations from protocol are essential, along with the accurate administration of contrast material (oral, I.V. or port) and successful venipuncture and port access via system IV Therapy policy. You will act with patients/families of all age groups: Neonate, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatrics, and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department and health system.
