About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced X-Ray Technologist to join our team. You will prepare patients for radiologic examinations in a professional and courteous manner. Operates stationary and mobile x-ray equipment and processes films according to established procedures. This is a Full-time 37.5hr per week position with varied hours of 8:00AM to 8:30PM with a Monday through Friday and alternate Saturdays schedule. This position is located in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Must be flexible to work and float to other locations if needed at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Medical Group.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of approved School of Radiology (two years).
• New York State X-Ray Technologist License.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic examinations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Operate stationary and mobile x-ray equipment.
• Process films according to established procedures.
