About The Position

American Family Care (AFC) is one of the largest primary and urgent care companies in the U.S., open 7 days a week to care for our communities. Our state-of-the-art centers feature onsite labs and digital X-ray equipment, supporting our mission to provide quick, compassionate care — no appointments needed! This role works within a locally owned and operated AFC franchise, where teamwork, kindness, and professionalism are our foundation.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent training/experience)
• ARRT registration or board eligibility preferred
• State licensure required
• A positive attitude, professional communication, and great teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and explaining procedures with warmth and confidence
• Positioning patients safely and accurately for imaging
• Practicing radiation safety (ALARA) and maintaining top-quality image standards
• Preparing images for physician and radiologist review
• Keeping equipment in top shape — and troubleshooting like a pro
• Jumping in to help with registration or medical assisting as needed
