Your role as a X-ray Sources Logistics ERP Manager As the X-ray Sources Logistics ERP Manager at Moxtek, you will provide daily leadership across multiple departments within our business unit. Your initial and primary focus will be to establish and optimize our existing Infor Visual MFG software as the core inventory control and scheduling system. This critical role involves not only ensuring the system performs efficiently but also training supervisors and engineers on how to effectively access and utilize this software for their daily inventory management activities. By fostering a culture of accountability and communication, you will empower the business unit team to leverage technology for enhanced operational efficiency and contribute to Moxtek's mission of delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Would you be a great X-ray Sources Logistics ERP Manager? To excel as the Logistics ERP Manager at Moxtek, you will need a diverse skill set that emphasizes both technical proficiency and leadership capabilities. A strong background in MRP/ERP system management is essential, with APICS training and certifications desired to ensure effective oversight of our inventory and scheduling processes. Familiarity with lean factory mechanics will enable you to streamline operations in our high-mix low-volume OEM supplier manufacturing environment. Your ability to multitask while autonomously pacing and prioritizing tasks will be critical for managing multiple departmental needs. Proficiency in Microsoft and other core business software suites is necessary for effective communication and reporting. Additionally, you should possess at a minimum a bachelor's level degree in STEM or business management plus a minimum of 8 years of factory experience in an exempt-level position, such as manufacturing engineering, production supervisor, or planning and production control, along with an organized presentation style to effectively convey information across teams.
